I  enjoy my job. I like devising new dishes and menus. I get great satisfaction out of seeing our residents enjoy their food with lots of flavor, texture, etc., and introducing residents to dishes that they may not have tried before.

It's nice being part of a team where we all look out for each other. And can work whilst being able to laugh, which in turn makes St John's a more relaxed, happy, and calm home for the residents.
