Spring View Health Care works under a philosophy of care that dictates that all residents shall live in a safe and comfortable environment, where they are treated with respect and equality, irrespective of their needs and backgrounds and in an environment of trust and familiarity.
We believe it’s extremely important to promote independence and understand that all of our residents should be treated as individuals. Every person living with us has a plan of care designed specifically around their requirements and preferences, granting them choice in all aspects of their daily routine. We also welcome regular visits from family and friends.
To ensure that our high standard of care is maintained, an independent quality assurance system is in place.

Registered Manager
Jensy Paul
Jensy is the Registered Manager of Brindley Manor Nursing Home and is also a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of clinical experience. Previously she was the Deputy Manager of Grosvenor House Nursing Home which won care home.co.uk's prestigious award for Top 20 Best Nursing Home in the West Midlands for 5 years under her leadership.
Her experience and skills are essential to achieving our number 1 priority: that Brindley Manor Nursing Home is a place where we would want our own parents or grandparents to live. Jensy is passionate about providing high-quality care for our Residents and continually improving the services we offer.
Deputy Manager
Mariamma George
Mariamma started at Brindley Manor Nursing Home as Nurse then became the Clinical Lead and became the Deputy Manager in 2023. She has a wealth of Nursing experience and her calm and caring manner in addition to her leadership skills mean she is a key member of the Brindley Manor team. She is a big part of our drive to continually improve and provide the highest quality of care to our Residents.
Head Chef
Julie Wagstaffe
Julie is our Head Chef and her passion is to prepare meals that our Resident's love and are also suitable for their needs. She recognises that mealtimes are one of the most important parts of our Residents day and personally serves the food to ensure Residents receive the best possible dining experience.
In addition to daily meals Julie is always a key contributor to the many events and parties we hold for Residents. Not only by cooking tasty, fun and visually striking meals but she always gets into the spirit of the day joins in the fun with Residents. Whether it's dressing up as a leprechaun for St Patricks day or a colourful Swinging 60's outfit for parties!
Handyman
Meldwyn Mills
Mel's official title is "Handyman" but he is in many ways so much more! Mel makes sure the Home is safe and is on hand to fix any issues. Residents and family will also interact with him as he loves to help with adding touches to Resident rooms so they become more personal spaces and more like a home away from home. That could be pictures on the walls or fitting a new TV! He is wonderfully cheerful with a lovely sense of humour that the Residents and Staff all appreciate.
